Returns & Exchanges
You can return products within 30 days of the receipt of your package. Please return the products with the completed return form in a firm package with sufficient postage including a track and trace code and a return address on the package to ensure refund.
- You don't have to request a return to us.
- Within 30 days of purchase (delivery date is date of purchase).
- Enclose the copie of the completed return form (and if necessary with customs forms) If the product is damaged please return with copy Warranty form
- Goudkat may charge you for the repair if you have been responsible for the damage to the product.
- The article is, whenever reasonably possible, still in the original product packaging. If you don't have the original packing, cards, label etc., you can still return the item(s).
- NOTE: To avoid the risk of a loss package or unexpected costs, please return the products in a firm package with sufficient postage including a track and trace code and a return address on the package (and if your country is outside EU with customs forms). The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests on the costumer until the delivery at the return address of Goudkat
Costs of returns
The full purchase price including all shipping fees will be refunded. If you only return a part of the order you will receive a refund of you returned items excluding shipping costs. The amount will be credited within 15 days of receipt. If we received the products damaged or polluted by intent, negligence or incorrect-observance of the instructions we may charge a fee for repair service. NOTE: To avoid the risk of a loss package or unexpected costs, please return the products in a firm package with sufficient postage including a track and trace code and a return address on the package (and if your country is outside EU with customs forms). The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests on the costumer until the delivery at the return address of Goudkat. The shipping fee for returning items are for your own account, but in case that you have received another article than ordered, you can return your order completely free of charge.The cost of returning a parcel depends on the size and weight of the package, below is a list of charges, for more information please visit the PostNL website (The Netherlands) or the nearest post office or website in your country.
PostNL shipping fee The Netherlands depending on the size and weight:
- NL Standard package including Track & Trace € 6.95 Format: maximum size of 100 x 50 x 50 cm. Weight 0 till 10 kg Package
- NL Mailbox Parcel including Track & Trace € 4,25 Minimum size: 140 x 90 mm Maximum size: 380 x 265 x 32 mm. Weight 0 till 2 kg Package.
We hope you are completely satisfied with anything you purchases from Goudkat. It can nevertheless happen that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim the warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. If you have received a wrong item, you will receive the purchase price and of course the return shipping fees. At the basic range of jewelry and accessories there is a warranty of 3 months . If we received the products damaged or polluted by intent, negligence or incorrect-observance of the instructions we may charge a fee for repair service.

Goudkat may charge you for costs if we receive the products damaged or polluted by intent, negligence or not receiving the instructions or not following the instructions correctly.
It takes approximately 25 days until your product got repaired. If the item can not be repaired, we will inform you immediately about the further handling.
Complaint or defect during warranty
In all cases, we will solve the problem as quickly as possible. If you report an article complaint, we will check whether the guarantee conditions, as described in the guarantee & general terms and conditions, apply to your personal situation. In all cases, we monitor a fast handling of the complaint.

Adjust or cancel your order
Delivery addresses, phone numbers and recipient names can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our third-party couriers. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to modify your order after it has been placed. However, you may definitely cancel or change an item in your existing order as long as it has not been shipped yet. In that case, please send us a request to cancel your item immediately. To cancel an order after you have paid, the bank will be charged transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding.
